This one-on-one coaching program is designed to help you feel better in both body & mind.  It focuses not only on your fitness but also guides you to up level your lifestyle habits, coaching you on nutrition, mindset, movement and recovery.

We recognize that your time is valuable and that prioritizing your health and fitness goals can seem overwhelming.  This is why the program is customized for every individual after assessing your current lifestyle, goals and priorities. It is a hybrid of both in person and online coaching to suit your busy lifestyle.


By enrolling in this 90 day program you’ll receive:

  • Monthly 3 hour in person sessions with Janet which includes: Goal Setting & Mindset Coaching, Movement Screen & Physical Fitness Assessment, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

  • Monthly Customized Workouts (for the gym or at home), adapted based on progress at check-ins

  • Monthly Customized Mobility & Recovery Protocols, adapted based on progress at check-ins

  • Customized Nutrition Protocol based on current state of health and goals

  • Weekly Yoga Flow Videos

  • Weekly Guided Meditation Tracks

  • Weekly Accountability Email and Review

  • Bi-Weekly 30 Minute Skype Check-In

  • Bi-Weekly Recorded Interview with a Wellness Expert

  • Complete Transformation Manual filled with information about each of the program’s cornerstones: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement & Recovery as well as space to document the progress of your journey

  • 90 Day Success Journal to help instill optimal lifestyle habits
