  • Weekly Check-Ins to review progress and make any adjustments necessary

Private Yoga Sessions
(75 minutes)

  • One on one session going through breathing techniques and yoga poses aiding to release tension in the mind and body
  • Education on proper technique and body alignment
  • Take home a personalized at home yoga practice

Group Yoga Classes
(75 minutes)

  • Best described as a "Gentle Hatha Yoga" class, it is designed for both new and experienced yoga practitioners
  • Includes a combination of meditation, breathing exercises, standing and seated yoga postures winding down to end in savasana 
  • Calms the mind, stretches and strengthens the body
  • Yoga is for EVERY BODY! ;)

Take the first step...

Set up a consultation and we'll discuss your goals, medical/injury history, past & current nutrition habits and do a physical assessment to identify your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances. We'll chat about lifestyle factors like stress, daily routine and any psychological limiting beliefs that could impact your success.

From there, we'll create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals, including the frequency of training sessions and the minimum duration of our time together. 

Once the plan is in place, we get to work and are there to guide you every step of the way!
